University of the Pacific's Conservatory of Music invites string musicians of all levels and all ages to participate in Pacific String Day. It will be an exciting and immersive day of mini-lessons, workshops and performances for students and teachers of violin, viola, cello, double bass and guitar.

At the time of registration, participants will select their ensemble level (intermediate or advanced). See excerpts below.

Please note: the minimum age for guitar is 9th grade.

9–9:30 a.m.Check-in: Buck Hall Lobby
9:30–10 a.m.Concert with Pacific faculty and students
10:10–11:50 a.m.Master classes with Pacific faculty
11:50 a.m.–12:50 p.m.Lunch break: purchase at the DeRosa University Center (DUC) or bring your own
1–1:50 p.m.
