About Southwest Hall:

University of the Pacific’s Southwest Hall is a new state-of-the-art residential building designed to house nearly 400 students beginning this academic year. It also includes three suites for staff and faculty-in-residence, 12 study spaces for individual and group work, and an interior courtyard for students to socialize, relax and hold events.

The building is located on the site of the former Southwest Hall and retains many of the striking design elements of the original century-old building.

This project adds a twelfth residence hall on the Stockton Campus. The additional space is needed to accommodate Pacific’s growing residential population. Pacific guarantees four years of on-campus housing for all undergraduates.
